Dahlia seeds will not be available in the first release dahlia tuber pre-sale

They will be available within the next 1-2 months with a seperate/low cost courier option and sent out before tubers to get them planted early Spring, unless you have placed tuber orders and happy to wait/combine the seed order with the tuber order
