Shipping Policy
Shipping is via NZ Post. Rates are averaged based on the most common box and courier bag sizes used. Please select the correct shipping option for your location at checkout.

Combined courier
If you have placed an order in the first presale and wish to add tubers from the second release, a combined courier option is available for a $2 handling fee. This covers the time taken to sort and combine multiple orders into a single parcel. Combined courier will be available when the second presale opens, prior to dispatch of first release orders.
Dispatch timing
First release orders are dispatched mid-late September. Second release orders are dispatched shortly after — timing confirmed when the second presale opens.
Rural delivery
If you are unsure whether your address is rural, check at nzpost.co.nz or select rural to be safe — we will refund the difference if urban applies.
